This spacious 19th century house is set in the heart of our wine growing family property. Nested in Entre Deux Mers, the Bergey vineyard offers a great panorama of forests and vineyards. You'll enjoy wine tasting on the property and love sharing the owners' passion for wine production. Grounds, garden, terrace, deck chairs, swing seat, great views over the vineyard, children swing, pétanque ground, swimming pool (6mx3mx1.20 deep). Ground floor : kitchen, large living room/louge, bathroom, wc, game room (table football, TV, video tape player, computer), sofa bed. Upper floor : 3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 double beds). Fuel oil central heating, logs (first lot offered) and house cleaning available in option. Possibility to rent sheets rental, kitchen linen and bathroom linen. Domestic animals accepted with a deposit. Tourist tax in addition. Be in the heart of the vineyard by staying on a family winery.
