C’était notre troisiĂšme annĂ©e en Martinique pour de longs sĂ©jours et nous avons trouvĂ© l’endroit parfait!Le bloc de six apparts est de construction rĂ©cente. L’appartement est vaste, la piscine est fort agrĂ©able. Ce qui ne gĂąche rien il est situĂ© Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de magnifiques plages et une accommodation Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied!

Le logement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et parfaitement situĂ© (Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du carrefour express et des plages avec petits restaurants)Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine et le calme de la rĂ©sidence.En revanche, nous avons rencontrĂ© des difficultĂ© pour joindre l’hĂŽte afin de connaĂźtre la procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e du fait de l’absence de la concierge qui Ă©tait en congĂ©s (peut ĂȘtre prĂ©voir les instructions quelques jours avant l’arrivĂ©e des locataires)

Neuf, moderne, calme.

Résidence neuve, moderne et bien décorée. De l'espace, tout est neuf, piscine trÚs agréable, quartier calme et présence supérette à 100m, belle plage à 300m environ avec vue sur le diamant et la femme couchée. Point central idéal pour visiter tout le sud. Service client entrée sortie, communication trÚs agréable et sympathique. Bon équipement cuisine et général. TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande et je reviendrai.

La rĂ©sidence Caribbean villa est parfaitement situĂ©e Ă  3 min d’un commerce oĂč on trouve de tout et a 5 min de la plage Ă  pied. L’appartement est trĂšs spacieux, neuf et conforme Ă  la description, avec tout l’équipement nĂ©cessaire pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille ( petite piscine mais trĂšs pratique pour un petit plouf en fin de journĂ©e). Nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour et le conseillons vivement . Rien Ă  dire non plus du cĂŽtĂ© de l’accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

L'appartement est tout neuf, trÚs bien aménagé et confortable. L'immeuble est trÚs bien situé, à 3 mn à pieds de la plage de Corps de Garde, et prÚs d'un commerce. Nous avons été enchantés par cette location.
