Nice little villa with swimming pool.

The house has 2 bright air-conditioned bedrooms (one large double bed, two single beds) with fitted wardrobes.

It is equipped with a kitchen in an American bar very well equipped with both household appliances and kitchen utensils that allow you to really cook as you wish (cookware, steam cooker, kneader, toaster ... a washing machine)
In the living room, there is a sofa convertible into a bed as well as a futon.

The villa has a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.

On the outside, a private swimming pool (2 sun loungers + outdoor shower) a covered terrace, a deck furnished with a wooden table and parasol as well as a solarium area, a part of the garden welcoming an outdoor lounge and a barbecue await you. for pleasant moments.

The patio, sheltered from the sun, will serve as a living space for a true Caribbean vacation.

The swimming pool is secure (barrier and audible alarm).
The house is completely fenced and protected from overlooked.
A cooler is available for your days at sea.

It is ideally located if you are looking for a typical corner of Martinique and walks by the sea.

No less than 4 beaches are available on foot and water games (jetski).

All southern destinations are less than 30 minutes by car (Saline, Sainte Anne, Anse Moustique, Anse Noire, Diamant, Fort de France, 3 islands etc.).

Superbes vacances en famille

Vacances en famille dans cette belle villa très bien située, avec toutes les commodités à l'intérieur et proche centre de village, proche superette et proche mer et plage (5mn a pieds). La propriétaire est très gentille, réactive en cas de problème et surtout de bons conseils pour les visites sur l'île. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cette villa !

Lieu idéal

Mis à part un problème de clim à notre arrivée qui a été très bien géré par la propriétaire le lendemain, la maison est nickel à 5 min à pied de la mer et le plus de la piscine a rendu notre séjour magnifique. La propriétaire est très sympathique et surtout très réactive. C’est une adresse que je conserve pour un futur projet

La maison est agréable, bien équipée, et assez bien placé. Quelques points seraient à relever : les portes bruillantes (avec un bébé pas évident pour le sommeil) Beaucoup de moustiques dc prévoir ce qu'il faut. Et maison donne sur la rue directement avec un peu de passage. Nous avons tout de même bien profité un passé un bon séjour ! 😀😀 Mylen est très disponible et accueillante ! 👍👍👍

Hôte très prévoyant, avec beaucoup de flexibilité sur les horaires qui permet de régler des petits détails (courses et autres), quartier calme et maison fonctionnelle…et la piscine un petit bijou assez profonde pour les adultes et optimale pour les enfants qui leurs permet une petite autonomie… enfin quoi dire à part que la maison est idéale pour un séjour avec toutes les options qu’elle offre… Merci Mylen

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de mylenn. Appréciable d'avoir une machine à laver, la wifi et la télévision par câble. Le seul bémol est le manque de vitres aux fenêtres mais ce qui est courant dans les maisons de Martinique. Merci à mylenn pour toutes les infos sur les bons plans de la martinique et pour sa réactivité

Vacances calmes et reposantes

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée en tout point. Les photos sont conformes à ce que la villa propose. Très bonne communication avec la gérante. 2 choses à rajouter selon moi: un ventilateur dans le salon et une chaise haute pour bébé. Nous avons passé d’excellentes fêtes de Noël.

Petit coin de paradis

La villa Josamy est un petit coin de paradis très calme, à proximité des plages et du bourg de la commune de Sainte Luce que nous avons agréablement découvert. La propriétaire Mylen est très agréable et à l'écoute (Merci sincèrement). Les enfants ont pris un énorme plaisir avec la piscine. Pour ma 1ère location je ne regrette rien. Au plaisir d'y revenir dans le futur.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est propre et joliment décorée. Très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, proche de la plage, du centre et au calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec possibilité de garer notre voiture. La propriétaire Mylen a été très disponible, pleine de bons conseils et toujours très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Villa très agréable !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans la villa de Mylen. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut ; on ne manque de rien. La piscine est très appréciable. Le quartier est calme, La villa est spacieuse et idéalement située : La plage est à 5 mn à pied et le bourg de Ste Luce à 10 min à pied. même par rapport aux différents sites de l'île , la villa est très bien située ; 20 min de Ste Anne, 20 min des 3 îlets, 25 min de Fort de France.. Et enfin : Un mot sur Mylen : Elle est prévenante, agréable, disponible, je lui ai plusieurs fois demandé des infos avant notre séjour , elle nous a toujours répondu avec bienveillance. Bref, c'est vraiment un logement que je recommande !!

il s'agit davantage d'une maison que d'une villa. un petit rafraîchissement général serait souhaitable , surtout pour la partie nuit. malgré tout nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, tout le confort est la ! la gérante Mylen est toujours disponible.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce bien bien situé à 3 min de la plage à pied. La maison dispose d’une piscine ce qui était également un vrai plus. Merci Mylen pour votre disponibilité et à bientôt.

Séjour magnifique !

Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines dans la villa Josamy. L'annonce est conforme à la description. La nouvelle salle de bain est très agréable. La plage à proximité est propice à de bons moments ( baignade et snorkelling). La propriétaire reste disponible, l'accueil est chaleureux... nous recommandons !

La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage, agréable à vivre avec de belles chambres, une belle salle et une grande cuisine. La piscine est très bien pour les enfants ! Great location

We had a great 2 week stay in this St. Luce villa. Mylen was a fabulous host and was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. The house has everything you need, simple but nice. Our two daughters 5 and 8 loved the pool and spent many hours swimming. The beach is very close and we all could walk daily to the beach even my mom using her walker. My husband and I frequently walked to town and enjoyed evenings listening to the local music. We were glad to have rented a car from Mylen and were able to explore different parts of the Island. I would recommend and would not hesitate going back! Enjoy Heather
