Great stay

Great lace with just a couple of down points. The listing said , Parking and Garage. There was no parking and the garage was used for storage ( bikes, bins etc). Just a ecouple of minor issues with a roof leak and a roof timber and one of the bikes being in need of repair. but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the facilities. It is a lovely island. And we will probably come again. Anne, was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Just what we wanted!

We - me, my two teenaged kids and friends - had the most perfect time here. The house is a perfect quiet village location and base for exploring the island on bikes. Anne, who let us in and solved a minor problem with electrics, was very friendly and helpful. The house, brilliantly equipped for comfort and preparing large family meals. Everything we needed. We hired bikes from CycloSurf a minute walk away. Great service. Boulangerie, bar, supermarket all in walking distance. No car required!!! A wonderful holiday! Thank you!

Excellent séjour - je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sainte Marie qui est une commune calme et protégée de l’assaut des touristes. L’accueil est très bon et les propriétaires réactifs. La maison est très bien située à deux pas du marché et des commerces. La plage de Basse Benaie est facilement accessible à vélo. Le logement est très bien équipé et il ne manque rien.

La maison est tres agreable pour 6. Accueil de grande qualite avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Equipement tres bien, literie tres bien,emplacement tres bien, linge fourni, menage inclus. Petit bemol, contrairement à ce que specifie l'annonce, il n'y a pas de garage utilisable pour votre vehicule.. il faut trouver une place dans le village .....

Vacances très agréables e dans cette maison bien équipée au sein du joli et calme village de Sainte Marie. Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de la place d'Antioche et de son petit marché quotidien. Plage à 5 minutes en vélo.

jolie déco rétaise, maison bien agencée et très bien équipée. Dans les chambres d enfants les lits jumeaux ne peuvent en aucun cas remplacer un lit de 180 comme écrit dans le descriptif.

belle expérience

Nous avons loué cette maison pendant les vacances de paques. L'avantage de saint martin est que vous êtes sur l'île de ré... mais au calme. Loin de l'agitation de saint martin ou la flotte. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée. Il ne manque rien et en plus tout y est (liquide vaisselle, tablettes, sacs poubelle, produits d'entretien et condiments, jeux pour les enfants, magazines, BD...) Tous ces petits rien qui font tout lorsque vous arrivez dans une location saisonnière. Les propriétaires viennent y passer aussi leurs vacances et mettent tout à dispo, c'est rare! La maison est très propre et les équipements de dernière génération. Vraiment rien à redire. Vous êtes en plein centre du village, à quelques mètres de la place Antioche ou vous trouverez divers commerces et un petit marché local. Très bon accueil en plus, vraiment à recommander!
