快適に過ごせました。

エアコンをつけてくれていて、寒い中から部屋に入った時にホッとできました。 バスタオルやハンドタオル、食器類、調理器具も含めて生活用品は一通り揃っていて、長期滞在に向いていると感じました。 寝具も清潔で、快適に眠れてよく休めました。 普通のアパートですので、夜間は静かに過ごすよう気をつける必要はありますが、友だちの家にお泊りに来たような気楽さで過ごすことができると思います。 また機会があれば、利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

駐車場が少ないのと、駅から少し遠いのが不便かなと思いましたが、車での移動だったので周辺の買い物は便利でしたし、向かい側にコンビニがありとても助かりました。 お部屋も清潔で、家にいるかのようなくつろぎやすい空間でした。 スタッフの方も、急な連絡にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。

清潔で快適

清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Perfect communication, issues fixed immediately

The apartment was great - clean, with a hand sanitizer, and at a convenient location close to a supermarket. Since we both work from home, we requested an internet connection with more data and the host delivered a new portable wifi immediately, within an hour. All my questions were answered immediately and the communication was flawless. Thank you for the lovely stay!

駅からの距離が思ってたよりも遠く徒歩15分はかかってしまったこと、最初に地図でもらっていた場所に到着したら、全く違う建物…。電話してもすぐには繋がらず、時間も遅かったし子供も居たので、警察に行こうと思って大きな通りまで戻り交番を探していたら近くにコンビニが あったので、聞いてみようとコンビニへ行く途中に すごくラッキーに宿泊先を見つけました❗️ 疲れきって子供は泣くし、こちらも夜遅くに泊まる場所が無かったらどうしよう…と、本当に焦りました。。やっぱり今度からはちゃんとしたホテルを予約しよう。と実感…。 洗濯機が欲しかったのと、子供二人で、滞在も長いからホテルの一室で過ごすよりは良いかと思いましたが、ホテルじゃないぶん、不親切な所が露呈した感じでした。 滞在中は洗濯機が使用できたり、洗濯を干せたり、キッチンがあったりと良かったのですが、棚の中とかが若干カビ臭かったのも、マイナスな所。全体的には評価が低くなってしまいました。
