A welcoming stay

The hotel made my wife and I feel extremely welcome. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nishi-Kawaguchi is also a nice neighbourhood.

Great room if you don't need the latest gadgets

Larger room than commonly available. The room had a walk-in bath separate from the toilet which is also uncommon. Clean and comfortable but not state of the art. Power outlets were rare. TV wasn't a smart tv and most of the other equipment was older too. But it all worked fine. Lots and lots of switches in the room. Honestly very good room for the price.

We had a superb stay. We will definitely come back. Its near JR train, restaurant (mcdo,kfc, coco, sukiya,matsuya etc), mall. Everyday we got new towel, bathrobe, toiletries. Restroom is very big with bathtub. Free breakfast is delicious.

ちょっと古いけど、快適でした。 使い捨てスリッパが一足なかったけど電話したらすぐに持って来てくれました。 女性には部屋オイルを無料でサービスしてくれ、ポケットティッシュも取り放題でした。朝食はパン4つと粉を溶くタイプの紙コップスープ。それからコーヒーや紅茶です。部屋に持ち帰ることも可能です。

広い浴室、トイレが別、広いベッド。1人で宿泊するにはとても快適でした。女性には嬉しいウェルカムギフト(おしぼり、ヘアオイル、アメニティセット)はとても良かったです！朝食サービスはプチパン4種とゆで卵、インスタントオニオンスープのセットを選びました。シンプルだけどとても満足でした。駅から徒歩5分以内、コンビニやドラッグストアもすぐ近くにありとても便利な環境です。
