Arrived by taxi with a recommendation from host. Got to apartment. Smaller than advertised. Opened balcony on opposite of the road was a building site which started each day early. They way pictures are taken deceiving as makes them look they are on the beach.The AC broke down the same night. Proceed for the next 7 days to ask for the ac. Was always texted that they are waiting for the technician. The host stopped responding.The only space that was cleared out were the wardrobes all space was taken I assume by owners things. There was not one cupboard available to even store shopping so we had to store on the kitchen and oven top. Not enough blankets were provided the provided was stained and the pillow cases. Luckily we brought two bed sheets from the UK which we used. However we did tried to contact the host about the AC as some nights were quite cold and we had three children and there was no heating. Was promised they would be back the next day to provide blankets never came back with them.There was no internet for two days when rang host was told to go to street vendor and get internet and then she will pay us back! Not prepared to do as would be on my phone and not the apartment. We had TV for 1 day again text to sort out no reply. Towels were hard and crusty and were green! No apartment should used towels this colour should always be white again no new towels.Shower, washing machine and fan very rusty and old brought 1 new fan. Stained seating on balcony.
