Very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which sleeps four people. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom, with ample storage space and a built in safe. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together. There is a lift and wheelchair access.

Chillaxing

The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The weather was fantastic for the whole 2 weeks we were there and that was basically all we were after. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a problem with the water supply for 5 days during the second week but having spoken to Lizy she very quickly arranged for 2 large containers of water to be delivered to us. The complex of Vila Verde was like a ghost town most of the time we were there and having talked to a guy who has lived there for 17 years it appears that only half of the original 1200 apartments have ever been sold which explains why the complex is not maintained to the level it should be and almost none of the proposed retail units are occupied apart from an onsite supermarket.

Great Stay

The whole experience from contact with the owner to staying in the large well equipped very clean apartment was great. This was our fourth visit to Sal will definitely be staying here again.

No corresponde la ubicacion con lo que pone en el anuncio. Esta a 25 minutos a paso ligero del centro de Santa Maria, y a 15 minutos de una buena playa. La terraza del Apto. muy sombria y se ensuciaba con facilidad, y en el Apto no habia material de limpieza adecuado.

La casa è all'Interno del residence vila verde, posizione strategica sia per santa maria che per la spiaggia di punta preta, la casa ha tutto quello che serve, qualità del sonno ottimo l'unico piccolo problema è internet che non è bella casa ma quella dell'hotel e quindi prende male. Consigliato

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Abwicklung mit Eigentümer sowie herzlichen Empfang vor Ort war top. Wir hatten rundum einen wundevollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder hier übernachen. Supermarkt in der Überbauung war praktisch, jedoch die Preise auch überteuert.

Nice clean appartment

I had nice stay in Sal. We had very nice wellcome by host, lizzy The taxi service arranged by her was also perfect. Their was a small problem in bathroom which was also quickly repaired after calling her. friendly communication aswell with the owner .
