Outside, you'll find a large patio, spacious lawn, and beautifully landscaped gardens—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Fire up the outdoor kitchen, soak in the private hot tub, and enjoy unforgettable evenings surrounded by nature.

For added convenience, the property includes a parking permit that allows you to park freely in Salcombe and surrounding areas, making day trips and beach visits hassle-free.
