The spacious open 2.5 room apartment extends over 80m² on the entire south side of the 1st floor. The property is located in a privileged hillside location, offering privacy and tranquility . There is only one other party on the upper floor. The old trees provide shade, large 15m2 terrace / balcony and private garden invite you to enjoy the evening sun.
Our private retreat offers many amenities.
The kitchen with exit to the balcony is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with combi steamer, large refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher.
The bedroom is equipped with SAT-TV and air conditioning.
Furnishing and equipment are selected and of high quality.
