Arrived early room was ready they allowed early check in which was so nice after a long drive from Scotland, staff were so nice and friendly and helpful and so welcoming with out dog room was very nice and food was lovely

Very poor holiday inn for families

Hotel was absolutely filthy the bedding had a smell of foist, the bathroom was disgustingly unclean and I’m usually not one to complain, the water had bits coming from the taps, mould, excessive dust everywhere it was appauling and we usually love a holiday inn. Breakfast was so busy they weren’t cooking food properly it was part done, knives and forks dirty with dried food on. Only plus side was lovely reception staff who were understanding when I complained and the location

The Service recieved from Catlin and Daniel was that exceptional. i have emailed the head office to give credit to these two employers, which doesn't often happen in the Hospitality sector.

We stayed for 19 nights Jan- Feb 2025. The hotel is in a safe convenient location, a short walk to the Salford Quays tram stop. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was good with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrown, beans and tomatoes. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk to Old Trafford. We would stay again!
