The property is good , the info on the Expedia app isnā€™t , you have it detailed as a 2pm check in 10am check out , so we got there just before 2pm and because you lot got it wrong we had to wait around , I doubt Ul do anything because it dosnt effect you but you wait till you get a ā€˜ Karen ā€˜ stay with you , the staff there will have to deal with it not you , but the staff there are sound , they dont deserve it

For the price (less than 100 inc parking) itā€™s fine. One night isnā€™t a problem. My room was large but there is quite bit of noise from the road outside, hallways etc. it was clean but shabby. Bathroom especially had missing grout and mouldy sealant. As other have said, the bath is leather to get in out to use the shower. The room was warm, Iā€™d image it would get very hot in summer as you wouldnā€™t want to open the window. Overall, the place is just weird. Like it was designed by someone who had never designed a hotel before. Or been to a hotel before. Plugs, lights, wardrobe all in the wrong places. No soundproofing. No aircon. Uneven floor and step up into the bathroom. Ridiculous bath size. Tiny double bed. But for a cheap night for one, it was fine.

clumsy inclined

the room was amazing aside from two things 1. if youā€™re very clumsy watch out for the step going to and from the bathroom i did i face plant as i was rushing and forgot about it 2. the phone in the room was right by the head of the bed and the display is very bright in the dark i had to put a towel over it but aside from that everything was okay my room was 102

Fantastic value for money & really helpful staff!

This hotel was fantastic for the value! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful too. If youā€™re staying in Manchester and donā€™t want to break the bank, then Iā€™d highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely look at possibly staying here for future overnight stays in Manchester!
