There was another patron staying across the hall that had a dog that was barking nonstop from 10pm to after midnight. The receptionist did everything she could to help us get some rest. Eventually ended up having to move rooms due to the dog being left alone in the room. “Chelsea” was amazing at taking care of the problem. I may not be rested but happy with the hotel’s attempt to make things right.

The property? Really? We couldn’t get service inside the hotel. No exchange of towels, no trash emptied. Really disappointing. I have stayed at other Fairfield Inns, and have had excellent accommodations. Not this one. I will say the night manager was helpful in finding us some towels, etc, and a large garbage bag to empty our trash.

Expected way better for the price

Booked 2 rooms. Couldn’t get 2 rooms next to each other. Go into 1 room, trash and lighters on the floor. So they move us to a different floor, and all of a sudden could put 2 rooms by each other. In 1 room the microwave didn’t work, the other the coffe machine didn’t work. There’s also NO plug ins between the 2 beds—-no outlets, USB, etc so everything had to be charged across the room. I expected way better.

We stay here when we visit our son at McPherson College which is extremely convenient. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Evening clerk Anthony was very kind, helpful and fun to talk to. Our stay was Thursday- Sunday. Our room was never cleaned. We were told cleaning staff were off on the weekend! We had to get clean towels ourselves from front desk. Breakfast was mediocre. Having a sofa in room was a nice touch!
