You'll be close to everything Sevier County has to offer in this two bedroom home in Salina. Newly renovated in September 2023! New floors, paint and all new furniture and beds! Black out blinds will let you sleep easy. We're less than a mile from the Blackhawk arena with plenty of parking space for your truck and trailer. We're 20 minutes from Richfield for events at the Sevier Valley Center, Red Rock fly in or the ATV jamboree, and just an hour from Fishlake. Bryce canyon or Capital Reef are easy day trips as well. We have lots of free parking, one level home with wide doors for easy access. Full kitchen, shaded yard. Dedicated work space with a desk, office chair and usb charging port and high speed internet. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided. Right off of Hwy 89 and along I-70.

Cozy getaway
My son and I came from SoCal to Utah for a wedding. Our stay at this property was perfect. Super clean and cozy. Every accommodation you could need was provided. The host was so friendly and went above and beyond what I could would ever expect. If I ever find myself in Utah again, I will definitely book this property again.

Secluded birthday
Thank you, Andrea for having this space and sharing it with us. It had everything we needed for our home away from home birthday celebration for my husband. Two specific situations Andrea responded to really well to 1) the Internet was having some issues and wasn't connecting. After we troubleshot it, we determined the router needed to be reset. She responded within minutes and came right out to reset it. 2) In the original listing it stated that there was a hot tub. I brought it up to Andrea and she apologized for the mistake and accepted my feedback. She fixed the posting immediately. Andrea was attentive, helpful, responsive and kind. Thank you for the wonderful stay where we could create some memories that will last a lifetime!
