Clean, Quiet,and convenient.

It was a very convenient location . You could easily access roads to many fun and interesting locations. I do not remember there being information telling the fact that there is a cooktop and microwave but no oven.

Grandchildren visit

Daniel could not have been more accommodating. Geographically challenged. Got here, Daniel stayed with me until I got into this adorable little place. Enjoyed my stay visiting my grandchildren who live near by.

Get away from the crowds!

The inside was nice and clean with most necessities. Very close to large shopping centre and easy on/off the highway. Just make sure you get accurate directions to the house itself.

Quiet location and very spacious and clean

We enjoyed this place. It was very clean and spacious and modern. Just wanted to mention that it is the basement of the main house so you can hear the footsteps above. But we were able to sleep as it didn’t go late. The hot tub is not private as it is just off the main house deck and has visibility from the top floor of the house. So we didn’t choose to use it even though it was one of the main reasons for choosing this place. Other than those two things this place was very comfortable. We would return.

Great little getaway!!

This is the perfect little house if you want to be close to Aptos, Monterey, or Santa Cruz without being too close. It's nice to drive a few miles back to a quiet neighborhood for rest. The hot tub was a plus, and the host was very nice. Five stars overall!!

Awesome getaway!

The guest house is a perfect place to stay for whatever you need. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect to explore the Monterey area and come back to a nice quiet spot with a hot tub to enjoy. We did use Uber/Lyft to get us to and from downtown Monterey so just make sure you select the proper pickup location otherwise there may be communication issues with their gps but otherwise it was such a nice getaway and a super comfy bed to sleep in, would absolutely recommend.

Nice, clean and modern

I thought the guesthouse would be separate from the main house but it's actually a side entrance to the basement of the main house. Also the bathroom door doesn't really close properly
