Relax & unwind at this beautiful Hacienda surrounded by an abundance of oak, olive and eucalyptus with a private pond and impeccable landscaping. Lots of sunlight & outdoor areas to hang out.

This luxurious & modern 4 bedroom home is the perfect location for your next retreat/vacation. With large common spaces, state of the art kitchen, and expansive outdoor amenities, this home was designed for entertaining. Located within 15 minutes of Carmel and Monterey.

This property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a brilliant getaway. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room with the indoor fireplace or enjoying the pool on a hot day, we think our place will help you experience everything the Monterey Bay has to offer. Dogs: if you are bringing a dog please let us know up front so we can go over some ground rules.

Pool: heating both pool and spa is $200 per day. Heating just the spa is only $100 per day. 2 day minimum required.

Max guest count is 8 guests at all times. If you plan on having additional guests over at anytime this is grounds for cancelling your reservation.

CELL RECEPTION: There is no wireless cell phone coverage at the property because of the location. We have reliable wifi via Starlink throughout the property, pool area, and outbuildings. Please keep this in mind if it will be an issue for you.

QUIET HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. Please respect. ***Very important: regarding our property line, please do not walk onto area where horse trailers are or onto property to the right once you enter the gate. You may walk along the driveway which is a shared easement but not to the right or left of it. The property surrounding the pond and the dirt path to the left of it are indeed part of our property but not the property where the horses are.

The property had some issues. The listing says there are two king beds, there are not, there is only one. Also, there are no dressers to store clothing. There are some kinks that have to be worked out here, but generally we had a nice time and the manager of the property was attentive. Some water stains in bedrooms and bathrooms. The surrounding area is gorgeous and once our pool was fixed (it was green when we arrived) things improved.

The house is beautiful and spacious, with two bedrooms in one wing and two in another wing. The living room is wonderful with a great fireplace. We really enjoyed the lap pool and the bocce court. The beds were comfortable. There are no dressers and it would be better if there was more silverware; there was not enough for the six of us so we ran the dishwasher often. Our only real problem was the water. The sinks that were not run often had a yellow cast to the water. The water had an off taste which we believe was sulphur. The day before we left there was a blast of chlorine that came into two showers while they were in use simultaneously, causing discomfort and trouble breathing for those in the showers.
