The check-in experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The property appears to be run by a father-and-son team, and both made the process unnecessarily difficult. I was given a hard time because my ID was expired, despite explaining that I am in the process of renewing it and have never had issues elsewhere. They refused to check me in without a passport. The older gentleman was visibly hostile and made me feel uncomfortable, while the younger one was dismissive and lacked basic customer service skills. After returning to my car to locate my passport (thankfully I had it), I was checked in. However, the room key initially did not work, requiring another trip back to the front desk. The front office itself was messy, with furniture being assembled during check-in, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room was equally disappointing. The mattress was very old and noisy, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that became even worse when the air conditioning was turned on. Given how demanding and rude the staff were, I expected the room to be in much better condition—but that was not the case. Due to the smell and the overall uncomfortable vibe, we checked out early. This was a very disappointing experience, especially as someone who travels frequently. I would not recommend staying here.

The room felt neglected and poor quality of cleaning. Floor was stained with boot marks. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. There was a spider next in shower. The bedsheets also had stains.

Jay and Denish were so polite and helpful. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back.

The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Housekeeping had forgotten to leave bath towels but they were delivered immediately when the office was notified. The bathroom floor was freezing but I just threw the tub mat on the floor and walked on that. We would definitely stay here again. As others had stated the place had recently been renovated.

Staff was very friendly. We had some issues with our toilet, which they sent someone out very quickly to try and fix. After they tried fixing it, but it was still having issues, they switched rooms for us without any issues. The rooms also seem to be newly renovated. Great value.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. What convinced us to book were the reviews mentioning that it had been recently renovated, and overall it did look updated. However, there were a few issues. The baseboard of the bed frame was peeling and should be replaced. When we arrived, the bathroom was dirty. We informed the front desk, and they took care of it right away, which we appreciated. Another concern was the large gap under the room door—you could see the outside lights shining through. We had to place a towel at the bottom to keep the cold air from coming in. Aside from these issues, we didn’t have any other problems during our stay. The hotel has potential, but a few fixes would make a big difference.

Front desk was wonderful and very nice! Very clean room too! Very happy with the condition of the facilities. New renovations are great! Would have been nice to have had some place to hang clothes. There were two hooks but no closet or armoire for coats, and/or hanging up clothes. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was really nice the room was super clean it also smelled nice the pillows were real nice not like other places that give you a mean of cardboard to lay on this was a new experience for me thank you.
