Spend your holidays in this truly unique, contemporary style villa in Salobreña. The villa is set on a plot of approximately 900 m2 and it has a built size of 272 m2. You are able to enjoy an amazing view to the sea, the mountains and the Moorish castle of Salobreña from throughout the villa and on the terraces.

The Layout: There is a ramp up to the villa, which is on the same level as the main level of the house, the pool and the main terrace. On this level of the villa, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and with direct access to the pool terrace. The living area is open plan and features a kitchen with an island that looks onto an atrium and the lounge/dining area features double height ceilings. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living area where you will find the pool. The views to the sea from the living area are stunning! There is also a guest toilet.

On the upper level of the villa, you will find a master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking sea views. This villa is very comfortable to live in and use since everything, except for the master bedroom, is on the same level. This is ideal for people that don´t like steps.

This villa has hot and cold air conditioning and quality finishes, windows and doors. It is a luxury villa that maximizes the views and is a delight to live in.

This modern villa is located on a very special, well maintained, hillside community which contains villas all with individual designs and mature gardens. The community has a tennis court, communal pool, children´s pool and football pitch. The beach and the town of Salobrena are less than a 10 minute drive away, as well as the nearest golf course. It is just 25 minutes to Nerja, 45 to Granada, 1 hour and 10 minutes to Malaga airport and less than 1.5 hours to the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. The location is absolutely ideal.
