Location & perfect view

Very clean property with updated washrooms. Rest of the apartment would need a little uplift however very comfortable nonetheless. Beautiful view and proximity to the beach and city center. Highly recommend.

Tolle Wohnung, Top Lage

Sehr nette und immer erreichbare Vermieter, alles reibungslos (Check-in, Check-out, Problem bei Schlüssel-Abbruch). Mega tolle Lage zum PLATJA CAPELLANS (2 Minuten) und zum Platja Llarga (5 Minuten). Den Playa Dels Llenguadets haben wir nicht genutzt. 15 Minuten zum City Beach und den vielen Strand-und Straßen-Cafés/Restaurants. 5 Minuten zu den ersten Geschäften und Bars/Restaurants. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz für 2 Autos, würden auch 2x2 Autos hintereinander reinpassen. Sehr gepflegte Appartement-Anlage (24 Stunden Hausmeister, wohnt im Gebäude). Das Appartement ist fast vollständig eingerichtet (Grill fehlt und auch keine Nesspresso-Maschine). Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Fliesen locker, manche Fenster sehr schwergängig, Jalousien teilweise nicht ganz ok, eine Toilette wackelt ( funktioniert aber, BD außer Betrieb). Die ganze Wohnung bräuchte mal eine komplette Grundreinigung, die Gardinen würde ich zum Beispiel wegwerfen😉. In der Küche hatten wir permanent das Fenster offen, da es seltsam riecht. Relativ neuer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 funktionsfähige Klimaanlagen ( fast nicht benutzt). Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell, da macht das Essen noch viel mehr Spaß. Nette Nachbarn (Spanier), einschlafen und aufwachen mit Meeresrauschen😀 Würde ich wieder mieten!
