Pour commencer, aucune indication n'est donnée pour trouver la réception (à 2 rues de l'appartement), au téléphone on m'envoie à une adresse qui n'est pas la bonne (reception de l'hôtel et non de l'appartement).Après avoir enfin récupéré les clés, direction l'hébergement : - l'annonce parle de 2 chambres de 2 lits, il n'y a en fait qu'une chambre de 2 lits et une banquette complètement défoncée ! - on deplie la banquette (apres avoir bien bataillé puisqu'elle etait coincée), nouvelle surprise ! Le "matelas" est plein de sable !- le volet de la pièce principale (où se trouve la banquette) ne ferme pas ! Côté rue c'est sympa pour l'intimité !- le bouton de la chasse d'eau est cassé. Je l'ai signalé a la réception dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, quelqu'un devait passer... nous n'avons vu personne de la semaine !- et pour couronner le tout : le bâtiment et l'appartement sont habités également par des cafards !Seul point positif : la clim !Dommage, car la résidence est très bien située !Nous reviendrons certainement à Salou, mais sûrement pas dans cet hébergement !
