From this apartment, you will enjoy the most spectacular sea views in Salou.



It is located in the Cap Salou area right on the cliffs of the Cova del Lladre and the Roca Falconera and very close to the Salou Lighthouse. 



Legend says that pirates used to disembark here to make surprising attacks. In the surrounding area, you will also find the Reguerot cove, with its pebble shore sheltered by rocks. If you are an adventurer, go into the Cova del Lladre. You can only access the beach through an underground passage. A really beautiful corner of Salou.



In front of the building there is a stone platform for sunbathing and a stairway leading down to the sea for swimming.



The nearest sandy beach is Cala Crancs (600m away).

L’appartement fait partie d’une construction massive de 9 ou 10 Ă©tages et date des annĂ©es 60-70. Il est au 8e, la vue est sublime, la terrasse est grande. Les chambres et les piĂšces de vie sont grandes Ă©galement. Mais
 Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur, pas de stores, ce qui fait que c’est impossible de petit dĂ©jeuner ou de dĂ©jeuner l’étĂ© sur la terrasse. Les nuits sont trĂšs chaudes, sans air. La rĂ©sidence peut parfois ĂȘtre trĂšs bruyante (population de Salou
). Gros soucis: les 3 chambres donnent sur l’extĂ©rieur et les fenĂȘtres ne possĂšdent pas de garde-corps. De plus, les volets ferment Ă  peine. Si vous avez des enfants en bas-Ăąge, Ă©vitez. Le mobilier est vieillot. On s’attend Ă  mieux au vu des tarifs.Vraiment.

Bel appartement, bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec le levĂ© du soleil sur la mĂ©diterranĂ©e en prime, deux plages de sable trĂšs proches et une, avec du galet juste en bas.
