This vacation home is a very clean & quiet. It's great for every season.
This unit 4 bed 3 bath will sleep 9 total. 3 couples and one adult or up to three children. Also someone could sleep on the couch.
The full house is yours. Garages are not included. Very quiet and private. Invite your friends it has a apartment style basement with a full fridge microwave toilet and shower also separate entrances and a door that can lock in between units for privacy.

Parking is no problem up to four to five cars in the summertime two to three cars in the winter time.
There are a lot of fun things to do within just a few miles. Skiing, sleding, snow boarding and great winter sight seeing.
Hiking, biking, golfing, and great mountain scenery in the summer. and after all that relax in the hot tub, We would love to have you your family and friends to stay.

Great location and 30 minutes to ski areas

Great place for 4 adults. We had 2 cars so his place was perfect for us. The hot tub was what we needed after a hard day of skiing. Easy access to the Canyon road and close to ski rentals, grocery store and some good restaurants. We will be coming back next year.

A Option in Sandy

Perfect location if you are traveling to the Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts as well as other resorts in SLC area. Plenty of retail options for food, drink, grocery in close proximity in Sandy. Physical space was clean and super functional for a group of four. Craig was a great host and communicative throughout the process. Would stay here again!

Location location location

This is our 2nd time renting the sandy house. Perfect for families with lil ones. Flat iron park is 4 houses away with the best sledding hill for free. Quick routes to the mountains. Great food in the area. We'll be back later this year and next.

Great Spot Near Little Cottonwood Canyon

Close enough to leave by 7am and beat the rush up Little Cottonwood Canyon Road, which is mega if you’ve never done that drive before after 8:30am.Place was clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us that were staying there.

The home was as advertised, comfortable and cozy and accommodated six adults easily. Very close to head to Snowbird and Alta (as well as Brighton and Solitude). Plenty of restaurant and grocery stores. We would rent again!

Good place for a ski vacation. Easy to get to all the resorts of both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The hot tub was nice to be in after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with household things.

Home Away From Home

Relaxing and beautiful home!

We were in town for a family funeral so this place was a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep and rest between the busy family events. The lock to enter and exit the home was really easy. Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The lights in the evening around the home created a beautiful curb appeal. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. I appreciated having three bedrooms and two baths on the main level. The house rules were simple and checkout list was super easy. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality Craig! Great home, great location

This house was perfect for our family ski trip. The location was perfect. Several ski areas within 30 min or so plus restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all nearby. It was a very nice property, and communication with the property manager was very good. I recommend this for anyone looking into a Utah family ski trip!

Great place close to skiing

The house was great! Excellent location- especially easy access to Alta and Snowbird (Little Cottonwood) and quick drive to Brighton and Solitude (Big Cottonwood). Close to grocery store, cute park and an easy drive to SLC and Park City. Loved the house, the hot tub and the neighborhood. We had multiple generations staying in the house. The basement was a great extra living space- almost like a second apartment with its own bath, laundry and mini fridge. Craig was responsive to questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Sandy House ski trip

Had a great stay at the sandy house. It was close and convenient to everything. Hot tub after skiing always a bonus. Great sled park right around the corner in walking distance. We'll be back next year for sure.
