THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, the streets are safe and clean, and the city is beautiful and growing. Well maintained roads. (Because snow plows go through during snowy weather, street parking is not allowed by the city from Labor to Memorial Day)
Please honor the neighborhood noise ordinance of Quiet Hours from 8pm-10am daily. If we have guests staying in the separate basement apartment, please keep the noise down on the main floor during those hours as well.

GETTING AROUND
We're located just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown, 30 minutes from 4 world renowned ski resorts, 15 minutes to high-tech Thanksgiving Point and about 1 block from public Transport if you prefer the bus, tram or to use light rail. Plenty of free parking, with LOTS to do all around us.

ALLERGY SAFE HOME - Absolutely no pets, vaping, or smoking allowed on the property. Absolutely no exceptions, and any violations will result in fines to cover all costs to restore the home to its allergy safe condition, which can be up to or more than $3000.00. We apologize but must take this very seriously.
We have a HEPA clean air filteration system on the heating & air systems, hypoallergenic cotton bedding, and our housekeepers use environmentally & EPA hospital safe green cleaning.
