This is one of the most run down and poorly maintained hotels I’ve stayed in. The first room I was put in was visibly filthy. Splatters on every wall, on the TV and cabinets. It smelled musty and the closet door was literally full of holes and held together with haphazardly placed screws all over. I asked to change rooms and they refused. Then I asked for a refund to move down the street to the Double Tree, and they were miraculously able to find me a new room on the second floor. This room at least smelled a little cleaner but the shower and floor tiles were crumbling, the shower head was barely functional, the heat/air was loud and made the room shake (I’m not joking, the floor was shaking while I was washing my face in the bathroom). I went to iron a blazer and the ironing board literally fell apart. The carpet on the stairs in the halls was pulling up and the halls smell really musty. The breakfast was standard, the coffee didn’t taste good. Do not recommend.

The room was very clean and having complimentary breakfast every morning was great. The only thing that stood out specifically about room 211 is that the receiver for the TV was placed behind the desk so you cannot change the channel without standing next to the desk and aiming behind it. This was only a minor inconvenience but may bother other guests who can’t find the receiver.

Waited 10-15 minutes to be checked in...bathtub was half full with water from the tub faucet leaking and drain wouldn't stay open. Room was really cold with it being an outside corridor where I room was and heater wouldn't go above 69 room temp. Also, only enough parking for half the amount of rooms with no other options given.

First night television didn’t work. They fixed it the following day. The hotel is musty and old and outdated. There were terrible stains in the nightstand. It was noisy and rowdy every night. One day I had to have the front desk ask my neighbor to stop having sex too loud. My room key kept deactivating. So filthy of a place. They used AI or photo filters to make the place look nicer. Stay far far away.

Tub did not drain. Had to stand in day old cold and dirty water to take shower the next day. Drapes had bloody fingerprints on them. Smoke detector in hall was missing )outside room 235), just plug hanging from ceiling. Vent was so loud it prevented sleep. Will never stay here again. Would appreciate a full refund.

The front agent was awesome. She didn't take a long time to check me in, but the water in the shower had almost no water pressure and was just barely warm. The bed and pillows were amazing though.
