We requested early check in since we arrived at 520am from Hawaii. I called and was told it would be an extra $40.00 and we could check in 30 minutes. When we got there we waited 2 hours in the lobby and finally had to load our bags back in the car to get lunch. We wasted our morning sitting in the lobby and kept being told the room is almost ready for 2 hours. When we checked in and requested towels we were told it would be coming but it never did. The evening staff were more accommodating and helpful and finally we did get towels up in the room.
