HORRIBLE. From start to finish. You’ll be better off sleeping at the airport or PLEASE find a different place. This place has horrible management, workers and they double charged me TWICE. Please be aware and ask a lot of questions each employee will tell you something different. Avoid this place by all cost. Also, the breakfast is something you could get during your hospital stay so don’t let that sway you in.

The hotel was nice but it took over an hour to be picked up at the airport but the shuttle and the first time I called they hung up on me. It was late and I was tired. Then they put me in a room right next to the ice machine. The ash tray was overflowing with cigarettes outside so I brought it to their attention, and they said they empty it at 3 am. The next morning it was not emptied. The guy was not very friendly. But the room was nice, and the rest of the staff was nice.

No Hypo-Allergenic Rooms
I was allergic to the room, and they were unable to provide a hypo-allergenic room. All of their rooms have feathers and or dust mites which I'm both allergic to. No refund was offered or given despite calls to management which were never returned.
