I found a pungent body odor on the bed around 11pm. I went to the front desk staff and was told that the cleaning staff had gone off duty and I could change the sheets myself or change rooms. I chose to change the sheets myself, but when I changed the sheets, I found that there was also a smell on the mattress, so I had to change rooms. There was no major problem with other aspects of the hotel, but the front desk's handling was unprofessional and disappointed me.

It's not too bad. Comfort inn is a pretty good company. This location though didn't mention why they needed my card (paid before) didn't mention their pool was closed (major bummer to the kids). Overall the check-in person was kinda aloof. Everything is was pretty standard. Oh, also you really had to make sure the door room was closed (give it extra pull or push)
