The staff was very friendly & helpful! We had a lovely room that was clean & comfortable. Excellent location if you are going to an event at the Delta Center! I took one star off sine the couch cushion was all torn up and the plugs next to the bed didn’t work. We will stay here again!

I am giving it an overall 4 stars but honestly 3 is kind of better. The only 2 positive things about this hotel is the location and the front desk. Every person at the front desk was so nice and friendly and kind! The location for a delta center event can’t be beat. With that being said here are a few issues. The heating and cooling in the unit can’t be adjusted to just heat or just ac it is automatically both. The shower pressure was awful. And when you turn the shower on it still came out the faucet. The breakfast is ridiculously priced. The pool area was dirty, hair, and debris all over it was actually kind of gross. The lighting is terrible there was a light that straight didn’t work above the bed. Looking around the unit was not even that clean. I clean for a living so I notice stuff but there is stuff on the walls and ceiling behind the bed. The pen cap was on the ground which makes me think it wasn’t even vacuumed. My daughter went to shower and there was no conditioner so we had to call for some (again front desk amazing). When we excited the elevator to the floor it smelled SSSOOOO gross and our room did too. I had to DoorDash air freshener and sanitizing wipes because I wasn’t comfortable with the smell and cleanliness. The parking fee was $25 a night which idk what the public parking fee is but if it’s the same the hotel should offer a discount

We did not do breakfast. Parking was easy and convenient. We were able to see our vehicle from the room. Had a questionable citizen drinking a 40oz bottle of beer near our vehicle that probably shouldn’t have been allowed in the parking garage, so keep that in mind if you park here. Cover your belongings up. Good place to stay if you are attending an event at the Delta Center. No fan in room or bathroom and next to the elevator had some noise.
