There was zero hot water at the property for the three days I was there. I checked in early and the front desk clerk did not warn me at all otherwise I would have checked into another hotel. The staff slipped a memo under my door shortly after check in stating there was no hot water and they were working on getting it fixed. I assumed it was a temporary issue but not, it carried on for the entire stay. Cold showers for three days. I would not trust this property. They could have at least advised those checking in of the issue so they could have gone somewhere else.

This property has potential but is poorly managed. Overall the staff is friendly but the rooms and property are in need of some upgrades. I stayed in the tower (5 floors) and my time here was a nightmare. At 11 pm my head began shaking from a loud drilling noise. It sounded as it someone was drilling a hole through the walls and this went on for 30 minutes. Unfortunately I was unable to get back to sleep, later discovering the maintenance was trying to fix a broken AC unit in the neighboring room. Instead of moving the person to another room, someone in management and maintenance thought it was ok to disturb the peace of other guests on the floor. This was detrimental to my stay and made this hotel the worst I have ever stayed in. Recommend management start making informed decisions on when maintenance can keep a raucous after hours.

The reservation said 2 doubke queen beds and was good in the pictures. But in reality room is very old, ac is very old and looked like from old age. Ac did not function properly. It was very hot. Even after setting the temperature, the temperature didn't change rather it became hot. Room and bathrooms are not neat at all. If there was a negative rating i would give it. Me and my cousins booked 3 rooms . All the rooms are shabby and the beds are not queen. They are more like full beds. I would never ever book in this hotel again.
