The rooms are big and nice. Was pretty clean but I’m picky about that. The handle in the shower was loose and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut or lock. But we have stayed at this hotel many times and like it enough to keep coming back!

We chose this hotel specifically for the EV charging on site. The Charger did not work even though I was promised that it did because it was new. Upon checking out I let them know that i never coyld get it to work despite trying their suggestions and the lady told me i needed to talk to maintenance to have it turned on and she was sorry that no one told us that. The parking garage is about 6ft tall so your hatch will hit the concrete if you open it to get anything out of your vehicle. The parking garage is $18 per night, something expedia and hilton failed to mention. To top it all off there were loud partying guests in the common area by the fountain untill 4:45am both nights and no one from hotel staff intervened. The shower door was broken as well in out room.

Room was clean. Extra large. Location good. I used app for check in and out. Really helpful. Decorations for holidays were really fun. The issue for me was the the condition of building and parking garage. Really needs updating. Room warn. Shower never got hot and water pressure not the best. I was expecting it had been updated from pictures. Price seems high for the condition. Feels like staff works hard to keep it looking as best as possible.
