The Space:

Inside, warm wood floors and a calm, uncluttered layout invite you to unwind after exploring winter streets or attending a local event. The studio feels especially inviting as evening settles, offering a quiet retreat while the streets glow below.

A queen size 12" memory foam mattress provides a restful night’s sleep, and a full sized air mattress adds flexibility for an extra guest.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, creating a simple spot to watch a show or read. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth to the space. The building offers shared gym access and a pool table for indoor activity during colder evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A compact kitchen lets you prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a casual dinner after a late arrival. Essentials are provided for everyday cooking without excess.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi support remote work or planning your city adventures.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower with hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays convenient; shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not supplied.

Self check‑in is available via a lockbox. An elevator, exterior security cameras, a front‑door Blink doorbell, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms ensure peace of mind.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is for you to use except for locked storage cabinets.



Other Things to Note:

Please let us know if you need early check-in, late check-out or a parking permit for the parking lot and we will arrange that for you.



Early Check-in:

$35 fee check-in at 2 PM



Late Check-out:

$35 fee check-out at 12 PM



Parking Options:

On-site parking lot: $5/night
