Everything was ok, except for the sauna and pool which were 'closed for repairs'. Was I informed about it in advance, I would never choose this place. Having these amenities available after a day on the skiis is very important and valuable. Great disappointment that they have it listed, but nothing in reality. Such a shame!

It appears that this hotel is no longer a Hampton Inn. All branding and signage has been removed and the hotel quality is poorer than what would be expected from a Hilton property. There was leftover trash from the previous occupants in our room. The bath towels felt like sandpaper!

The hotel common areas and our room were very clean, but also quite dated. Apparently, they’re being rebranded to a Hyatt so maybe there will be a remodel to make things a bit more modern. Unfortunately, the pool & gym were both closed (maybe for upgrades) which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Sadly, the plumbing is insanely loud. I swear I could hear every time someone in the entire establishment flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet. It woke me up multiple times both nights. My mother also had a room down the hall and commented on the plumbing waking her as well.

Not what I expected of a Hampton inn. It’s run down and elevator is rickety. They don’t have a pool but they have access to the neighboring hotel pool which is tiny. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was fantastic, allowing an early checkin as my husband had broken his leg recently and we needed to get in early so he could rest it. The only recommendation for improvement would be the purchase of new bath towels as they were rough and quite worn, but everything else was great!
