The room seems clean and the beds are nice. However, there is steady growl of road noise from 4500 south. The cabinet in the bathroom and the bedside table are a bit battered. There was no information about connecting to the WiFi provided at check in, though they provided it when asked.

Don't stay here. Water leaks and uncomfortable bed

Front entrance and breakfast area was clean and well-cared for. Once you walk down the hall to your room, you start to see worn carpet. Me brother's room had no microwave or refrigerator. In our 3-night stay, it took the hotel 2 days to get him one. His curtains were hanging off the rod. In my bathroom, it looked like they tried to repair the corners from possible water damage. Whoever did the repairs wasn't focused on making it look presentable at all. I woke on day 2 to the sprinkler in the bathroom leaking onto the floor. The maintenance personnel claimed they couldn't find why it was doing so and that it wasn't leaking. My wet feet claimed otherwise. I had a refrigerator and had drinks stored on the 2nd shelf. They were frozen. The queen bed felt like there were bars within the mattress. Like a sofa bed. I had t9 sleep a bit sideways. This was a very frustrating stay. We dealt with this while our mother was in the hospital having a heart procedure done. We won't be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Staff friendly and helpful. It was clean but condition was poor especially for what I expect for Hampton. The bed was squeaky and seemed old. Tub wouldn't drain. Paint peeling a bit on the ceiling. Breakfast had no fresh fruit or potatoes.

Would stay again, but....

This was a super friendly environment, warm welcome, and simple check-in. I did book online. In the future I will call the hotel to check on a few minor, but helpful amenities. We had a good sized group. Requested a roll-away to be brought in, or room with a hide-away couch, but this hotel had zero offerings. No suites either. My only complaint was that their were only 2 pool towels available for 15 people. I went to the desk to ask for more. They apologized, but flatly said, "The only towels available are the ones in your room." (Except the discard towel hamper was completely full!) So I'm thinking, "Go do some laundry. There's a large dance competition event in the area. Your hotel is nearly full, your pool's going to be full." So we traipsed to the 3rd floor dripping wet and cold. The breakfast was good; plenty of variety. Again, super kind, happy associates. Just a bit of an older hotel needing a few amenity upgrades. Great price.

We were very disappointed there was no where to save left overs or reheat them. Coming from out of state we needed a mini fridge and I did not realize there was not one in the room.

There was lots of dog poop in the assigned area for pets. Not entirely the fault of the hotel. They should patrol the area when pets are there to tell pet owners to pick up the poop.

The hotel is very tired. There was no maid service even though every other day service was promised. The workout room had a peloton that couldn’t be used because it was missing adequate foot cages. It was just all around tired.
