The beds were as hard as rocks. The pillows would smush to the size of a deck of cards. The whole place needs renovations. The breakfast was not edible.

The staff was super nice! Bed was comfy! It was easy on easy off the freeway!! My only complaint is breakfast ended at 9 on a Saturday morning! I wanna sleep till 9 so make breakfast go till 10!

The property is poorly maintained and very dirty. I brought this to the attention of the GM and he promptly started to correct some of the issues. Unfortunately, it was to little to late.

The price was excellent, and we figured the room and hotel would be a bit below average. On the contrary, they were excellent. The breakfast was great, too!

Receptionist, breakfast worker and cleaners were wonderful: efficient, patient and friendly. However, we were in room 110 which had a terribly smelly carpet, very old, which made it hard to sleep in the room. When we entered it was clear they had used air freshener but it could not mask the smell from the floor. Because the hotel was full (at 9:00 pm) we could not be changed to another room. I would not repeat this hotel, even though location is great and workers are attentive. If you are traveling with a pet (especially dogs) maybe it is OK for you- they accept pets and there were quite a few in the hotel- the carpet in room 110 smelled like many had lived there for a while. Maybe other rooms are in better condition, but I felt ripped off for the bad relationship price/condition of the room

It took over an hour to check in as they could not find my reservation ..I showed the booking and tried to contact hotels.com and could not! I am second guessing if I should uses hotels.com as there is no phone number to resolve issues
