The room was great, such a comfy bed and great lighting. I haven't been on the 1st floor in a while so it was nice to not have to deal with the elevator. The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and courteous. The shuttle was great too. I loved the area - the proximity to great thai food was a huge plus! Great stay, would come again.

room was ok. I think they overcharge you on the extras. Charging to park your car when you are a guest is really awful. Only giving you bottles of water in the rooms unless you are a member is really dumb. The staff was good. Very accomodating. I wouldnt stay here again unless there were no other options.

So, we got in a bit late, so we didn’t really get to chat with the staff. The person who greeted me was laughing about something, but I couldn’t quite make out what it was since she seemed to be the only person there. I hope it wasn’t about us! The room was okay since we were only there for one night and left early the next morning. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, though.
