I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown. After a stressful encounter at another hotel, staying here was a huge relief. The front desk staff were professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality. In particular, Daudie, who works at the bar in the lobby, was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. She made me feel right at home and truly added a personal touch to my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

we had a wonderful stay

we had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff were great (especially Cory, who was friendly and very helpful). The room was comfortable. Parking was good and we had great access to downtown attractions. The Starbucks next door was also a plus.
