Salt Lake Holiday Inn is lively, busy hotel.

Hotel room is clean but outdated. Also centrally located. Staff was helpful but harried. Maybe my check in time was busy time. I liked the layout of the hotel and their fences in parking garage. The breakfast was bountiful and much appreciated.

Five Stars!

I loved my stay at the Holiday in Express! The location is excellent for walking to many of the downtown sites and events. They offer free breakfast, and the variety is amazing! A nice bonus is the pool and hot tub. Great to take a relaxing dip before bed. The desk and room service were excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this well-appointed hotel.

This was negative experience, the sauna wasn’t working when I used the pool, the ice machine out of order on my floor and I went up and down several floors to find one and only 1 elevator was working at the same time, the blind in my room didn’t rolled down, very loud noise happened and repeated multiple times between 6-7am that woke me up. I called front desk no one asked me. All these happened on the same day and I only stayed one night!! How can you ask me to rate my stays! I never experienced this before from my years of business travel.

Clean comfort without breaking the bank.

This Holiday Inn Express is a good choice of accommodations. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Right in the heart of downtown SLC, it provides an excellent base for exploring the city without breaking the bank. Don't expect lots of frills; just a quiet, friendly place to lay your head at night. We had a good experience here for our first visit to SLC.
