I paid $123 a month in advance with a remaining balance of $283 to pay for a 2-3 night stay. We got in around 11:30pm and they told me my total was $475. I showed them my payment made of $123 but, they stated they never received payment but had my reservation. I told them to charge me the full amount and I’d dispute the $123 just to get into a room as I had 2 kids with me. We walked into our room with a molded apple, greasy counters, beds that were stripped, bathroom was filthy. She said we would either need to leave or wait for the room to be cleaned as they were full. At that point we wanted morning to do with the place. I demanded a full refund and had to find another hotel.

I love the stay but the manager there that was in charge she was RUDE and TERRIBLE. We had 2 wait 4 our room it wasnt ready 4 an hour. She didnt apologize 4 having us wait. We had asked 4 service in our room she told us 2 get it our selves. S MH. But other than it was lovely the breakfast was delicious.

The toilet whined all night long. We brought it up to the staff before leaving to go to an event and it sounds like they already knew about it and didn't have a fix. I ended up shutting the water valve off at 4 in the am to fix the noise. Shower looked dirty (moldy) was luckily there only one night so didn't need to use it

We booked two rooms, and both were charged for incidentals with no explanation. I’ve called multiple times to get it resolved, but none of the managers will return my calls. The charges still haven’t been refunded. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience — be careful when staying here.
