Disappointing stay!

In our 5-day stay, experienced 2 false fire alarms. Front desk service is hit or miss. They ran out of the food (eggs) 10 min b4 9am and was not willing to make more. We spent $20 per day for parking but the gate for exit was never closed/ worked. People can just walk in to the garage. Upon checked out, they didn't ask how our stay was. This location is also at the epic center of where homeless people gather. Need I say more?

The room and staff were excellent... the hotel is located by a very nice shopping area, but there were quite a few homeless people around... I would recommend driving or Ubering at night.
