The staff was helpful at the front desk, requests for extra towels and difficulties with equipment were handled expeditiously. The breakfast was on time, and beautifully presented, and delicious. The area was clean and orderly. It was monitored well by the person in charge of restocking. Difficulties: coffee maker was not functional first morning, and the jets in the hot tub were not functional. There were No cups by the sink area for brushing teeth. No coffee, cups or supplies the second day, the bedroom and bathroom were never cleaned, trash was there from the day before, dirty towels for the next day.
