You have to request to have your room cleaned and they don't ask you at check in. And then when they clean your room they don't even give you a clean drinking glass. The gentleman on night sheet is very unfriendly and and acts like you're bothering him if you ask him for something. When I was checking out and mentioned the dirty drinking glass all week he told me it was on they website and I should have read it I paid extra for a higher floor and was put on the 3rd floor out of 5 floors. Waste of money to pay for a higher floor. I travel to SLC regularly but would never go back to this hotel hotle recommend it to anyone.

Our check-in and room was amazing. A bit of a drive to any good restaurants/shopping. The “bar” wasn’t serving any liquor at all which was disappointing (part of the reason I booked was because it had great reviews).
