Horrible experience! The rooms themselves, once we were FINALLY booked rooms that didn't have extra beds up against the wall, or ones with missing toilets because they are still working on them, were nice. Staff and management however? HORRIBLE! Not just rude, but unwilling to uphold their end on discounting the rooms after the check in experience we had! I will NEVER stay here again!

The hotel is very new still. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room were clean. Would stay again.

Check in with was quick and easy. Don’t believe breakfast is included and there were quite a few of broken things in our room. No hot water in the shower, vanity broken, a broken door. Overall, it was okay and did what we needed but I don’t know if I’d recommend it to anyone.

The room that was assigned to me was not in the best shape. I’ve enjoyed previous stays at this location, never had a problem what so ever. Unfortunately, last nights stay was wasn’t the same. The floors, counter top and bathtub were dirty. Arriving I noticed the floors so I took it upon myself to ask the front desk for a mop and explained my concern. I was giving a mop and a bucket, which I didn’t mind mopping myself. Then I noticed the tub, I understand this location supplies stays for blue collar works but house keepers should do a bit better.

The room and hotel were very very clean. The staff was mostly helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price
