We arrived after check in time and was told there were no clean rooms available and they didn't know when our room would be ready. We waited an hour and were told there were still no clean rooms as other people were literally being given keys as they checked in. We asked if we could have one of the rooms that were clean and we were told no, nothing was available. I called Marriott reservations and they couldn't cancel the reservation as it was made through Expedia. So, I called expedia who called Marriott and suddenly there was a room available and they would not authorize a cancelation because they found us a room. It was 2.5 hours after we arrived and tried to check in before we were given a room. Who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't made some calls. I didnt reserve a room to spend hours in a hotel lobby while being denied what I reserved. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Easy checkin with friendly staff member. Clean room. Comfortable bed, although I did not care for the pillows. I was surprised to have a parking charge for a QR code in the parking lot, as the booking I reserved indicated parking was included.

The room is amazing, bed was comfy but the fan didnt work in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again even with the fan not working, its such a cozy place to stay.
