The room was beautiful and clean but I'm a medically student and c was there while attending a lab for my schooling. I was in bed before 10 pm every night that I was there and the front desk guy said that he needed to talk to me and that the guy downstairs said I was up and loud all night long and when I told him I was in bed and didn't even have my tv on he seemed to not believe. I'm 53 years old and I felt like he scolded me like I was a child. I don't know I don't like how I was made to feel. Oh the breakfast was great too.

Room smelled rotten food. Asked to be moved to a different room but always not available. The walkway on the 2nd floor heading on the south entrance is very dirty and walls peeling. Our stay is mostly uncomfortable.

massive water leak the morning of my stay. 2 inches standing water outside the door of my room. Water was turned off unable to shower or use the kitchenet. Now am waiting to see if Residence Inn will do the right thing and offer a credit for the terrible stay.

The scrambled eggs did not taste like real eggs. They were probably a substitute. Also, the eggs were not kept hot. They taste better when they are hot or very warm. The cylinder container that holds the liquid waffle mixture has a spout you press to fill a small cup, which you then pour into a waffle iron to make waffles. The liquid waffle mixture came out painfully slow from the spout. I overheard others say they were giving up on making waffles because of this problem. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm there were staff ready to greet and help us check in. Except for one time, there were no staff at the front desk when we passed by several times during our two-day stay. I thought it was strange that the front desk was left unmanned. It would have been better customer service to have someone at the front desk full-time during waking hours. The property itself was kept clean and I felt safe in the area. It was easy to find a place to park. Our room was clean and as described on their website. Housekeeping doesn't automatically come by to clean rooms for only a two-night stay, so we didn't see them. Overall, I would give the Residence Inn in Murray, Utah, 4/5 stars.
