Just 5 minutes to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon you will have easy access to shred the slopes at Snowbird or Alta- the location can't be beat! This home is perfect for any mountain adventure, corporate group, or family vacation!

PLEASE NOTE: This home consists of two rental units, this is the listing for the upper level. Each unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking space.

This spacious upper-level retreat occupies the top floor of a hillside rambler-style home, with over 1,600 square feet of comfortable living space.

Outside, you'll enjoy a peaceful one-acre backyard shaded by mature trees and featuring a large deck—the perfect place to relax and take in the surrounding scenery. The property backs directly to Dimple Dell Regional Park, providing access to more than 650 acres of scenic trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, too—we're lucky enough to see deer almost every day!

Neal and Sherrie are great hosts! They responded quickly to every question and were very accommodating. The unit was very clean, a good sized bunk bed room for kids, a nice bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed along with another room with a queen sized bed that had an en suite bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities and a Smith’s grocery store was just 5 minutes drive away for anything else that was needed.
