Modern townhome in Salt Lake City with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private outdoor space. Perfectly located just on the outskirts of the urban edge of downtown, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. Ideal for families and groups up to five guests.
The Space:
This is a spacious new condo located in the beautiful east side of Salt Lake City, within walking distance from the center of downtown & the convention center. A clean urban setting, yet just down the street from several beautiful canyons & ski resorts.
The house is very roomy with loads of natural light, and is filled with comfortable furnishings and amenities. Everything is high-end, from the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, to the unique decor. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances & utensils that you'll need, and it's connected to the spacious living room and dining area. The dining room has a large table and can comfortably seat 4 to 6 people. A garage with an automatic door opener is available for use while you're here. There is a small super-private back yard with a 6-foot fence that you can relax in.
The big attraction for this house is its location. It's quite possibly the perfect location in Salt Lake City. A few blocks to the south is Trolley Square, which is an old brick trolley station that has been converted to a really cool shopping center. A block to the north is the historic avenues section of town, about a mile to the east is the University of Utah campus and a few blocks to the west is downtown Salt Lake City. A bus stop is located right around the corner and it's 2 blocks from the Trax (light rail) station. There is plenty to do while you stay at this house. Dogs are welcome, but require a pet fee. NO CATS ALLOWED.

Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please coordinate with us about what time you want to arrive at the house since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we don't have a SET time; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival.

Although it's in a quiet suburban setting, this home is blocks from the center of downtown, so lots of landmarks are within walking distance. For everything else, there is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops.
Other Things to Note:
WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES! Our only fees are clearly listed: $99 cleaning fee and an optional $99 pet fee. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time.
Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)
On request, we can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
Interaction with Guests:
We coordinate with all guests ahead of time to make sure their check-in is easy and stress-free. In some instances, we can meet guests at the house and give them a tour of the home and tell them about the restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival to guarantee an exact check-in time.

Our daughter graduated from the U and we stayed here for the week. Perfect location, close to school, food, and downtown. The unit has a large living area and a well-stocked kitchen (though we did not cook much). We have 2 kids in SLC plus their significant others, and we had plenty of room to hang out and play games. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. Good climate control. Also loved having the private garage and knowing our car and things were safe. Definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I flew out for parents' weekend at the U. This place is in a great location situated halfway between the University and downtown. The owner was very responsive when I inquired about a couple of things. We would definitely stay here again. This is a multi-level condo, so stairs come into play.

Convention respite
We were in town for a locsl downtown convention and the listing provided us with a relatively quiet setting to rest and refuel each day. We ended our stsy on a Sunday and had very good success.
