I wish the bathtub didn't have mold in the corners. Otherwise, it's a very nice hotel. I can't say anything about breakfast because I haven't used this service.

This was my first time staying at Spark Hilton. I was unimpressed, this was my first time at a Spark Hilton I brought my dog. I was given a room I believe 219. Looks like the last guest might’ve partied in there. I found like your bottle caps, a condom wrapper, and a marijuana, dispensary receipt, and wrapper. I do not believe it was the fault of the housekeeper as these things were hidden in plain sight. I took off my shoes and stepped on a metal cap that was probably from a miniature liquor bottle. The noise was unbelievable every time my neighbors sneezed flush the toilet or even just got up. I heard them down the hall whenever there was an open and closed or the elevator came up. There was a boom sound my poor little senior Chihuahua was on high alert the whole night we barely got three hours of sleep. I just got up and got ready and checked out immediately in the morning went to the buffet wasn’t much of a buffet. Staff was phenomenal though however.

I reserved this room on CheapTickets. So upon checking to this hotel the charge for the room was more than what I had reserved the room for. The employee at the desk did not have enough authority to fix this. Even after cheap tickets talked to them. Second it would be nice if online it would say that the hot tub was unusable as it was closed. Third. Our room had no hot water. When my husband after traveling went to take a shower there was no hot water. The next morning when I went to take a shower there still was no hot water. We were disappointed with our stay because of these things.
