This beautiful apartment has an open floor plan, central heating/cooling with zones for customizable comfort. We have large closets with organizers throughout. The kitchen has everything and is stocked with everything you should need. Apartment includes entire basement area, no shared living spaces with the rest of the home.
Guest access
This is a downstairs apartment loaded with all of the comforts and amenities you'll need. There is one staircase leading to the apartment from the garage, and locked inside access to stairs leading to the upstairs in the event both apartments are rented by the same group. In the garage, the third bay of the garage is dedicated to the basement apartment's use, as well as two spaces in the driveway. A wireless remote control for the garage door is provided during the guest's stay. Digital locks control access to the apartment and the garage for security, customized to the guest using the last four numbers of their telephone number.

This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please honor the neighborhood noise ordinance of quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.
