This apartment was in a brand-new building and had all new furniture and furnishings. The view was really pretty and it was *hot* (90º+) when we were there but the unit had AC so it was overall comfortable.
The design looked nice and for the price we paid it was an excellent value. The furniture was probably all from Wayfair so I don't expect it to hold up for more than a year or two.
Two points of frustration are this: We received multiple messages from the host but they were just attachments with incorrect instructions without links and that where impossible to read on my phone. We were able to contact the host but they didn't even have the correct app that we needed to access the unit. Overall it took almost an hour to gain access after a full day of traveling.
Second, this building is in an area that is heavily under construction. There were two buildings right next to us that were being built and a number of the roads and sidewalks that were closed making walking to a coffee shop two blocks away impossible unless you wanted to walk 4-6 bocks out of the way to avoid heavy machinery and dust.
