This hotel was clean, the check-in staff was friendly and accommodating of our child in a wheelchair. They also immediately acknowledged our request of extra pillows and first floor room, we didn't have to say anything. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked.

The facility is beautiful, very clean, the staff was very nice. We loved the location of this hotel. Top Golf, shopping, and eating and all right there. The only reason we did not give a 5 star review is because the a/c unit in the room was very loud and noisy when the compressor came on.

Everything was really good, clean, organized and the people there is really nice but my reason I can’t give it 5 stars is cuz the cleaning crew there be touching my door like at 8 9 am when the checkout is a 12 so just that in my experience

Room was clean. Bed was lumpy and we heard everything that was going on around us. I understand that no carpet makes it easier to clean however having hard surfaces eveywhere amplified the sounds.
