You get the whole 1959 Airstream.

It has a dining area, bed area with two single beds. Over 6` tall? it may be tight when laying down, ceiling height is amazing though.

It has a shower, with on-demand water heater, flushing toilet (small holding tank so be conservative), kitchen includes- inductive electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge and freezer.

Tv with Netflix and wi-fi.

You will be in LOVE with the original double pink sink and the pink stove (stove for looks only, use inductive electric cooktop).

The hot tub area is a communal area shared with the owner who resides in the front main house . Please message Chad on the message thread to use the hot tub. AWAYS KEPT BALANCED AND CLEAN and 102-104degrees. Please be respectful and careful when using the hot tub.

The right hand garage parking spot must remain clear, you will park in front of the left hand garage door, or, on the street.

We are right near many restaurants (The Pie), Oh Mai, Pats BBQ, and many mire as well as Cinemark Century 21 Theater. We are minutes from Sugarhouse, downtown and the SLC airport. It’s a camper, not a hotel so it has its short comings but its unique AF!

Be aware this is a cool vintage Airstream. It’s not perfect and should not be expected to be like a hotel. Because it’s an on-demand propane water heater sometimes the water comes out really hot and you have to carefully play with the faucet in the bathroom with the cold and hot water to try to sort of trick the system into getting the temperature that you want. Sometimes due to the aluminum streaming is not awesome on the TV, but it seems to work well on mobile devices from what I have experienced. This property is priced extremely economically and is a cool experience. If you come with the right attitude, you’ll have a good experience. Staying in any RV or camper sometimes means that you smell some of the odors that come from the holding tank our housekeeper usually has a air freshener plugged in somewhere inside the trailer and I personally don’t like air freshener so I it and open up the door to let it sort of air out when I first get there when I’m staying there.

Staying for more than two nights it’s possible that the holding tank for the toilet will fill up with water too much and in order to empty it you’ll have to go outside and gently pull the proper handle to empty the holding tank. Things like this might not be typical in a normal stay in a normal hotel or Airbnb property so please only book this property if you’re open minded and a fun adventurous, cool person. I’m not interested in hosting Karen’s that complain about how everything wasn’t perfect.

If you would like to book the Airstream and the Front house you can book them so you have the entire space but please be aware that the front house is booked separately normally instructions for check-in and where you can park and where you can’t so please be aware and you are agreeing to follow those instructions clearly.

I have a professional hot tub company that Services the hot tub between each guest. You are responsible to follow the instructions and get all of the makeup lotion and detergent off of your skin and your swimsuit. If you mess up the water and we have to pay for a partial drain, we will have to charge you for it. So please be responsible. Have fun and be a cool person. Thank you.!1!!!!!

You will have access to the entire private Streamline space, your own private fenced deck area. You are also able to use the hot tub, which is professionally cleaned and balanced regularly. The tub is communal, as the front rental can access it too.

I`m Chad, an Real Estate Specializing in Short Term Rentals, RE Investor & Entrepreneur. I Love to meet and interact with my guests, however, I am not going to invade your private space. I will follow your lead. If I see you I`ll say hello and maybe show you some tips and tricks for your stay. If you prefer less interaction that`s cool too, but I am up to have a drink or share a meal when time permits and when it feels cool. Looking forward to hosting you!

We are in a great spot and we are set back way off the street. It is a lite commercial/residential mixed use area. You can hear some street traffic and the car wash occasionally but its really quite peaceful back in the Streamline!

Millcreek Lite Rail (trax) and several bus stops are near. You can also grab an electric scooter and zip around easily.

We also have one inside the garage. All of these cameras are motion-activated and they are for the protection of the property and everybody`s safety. I chose this property for the hot tub, the location which was very close to where my son lives, and for the price. The hot tub seemed very nice, but there were no lights around it so it was too dark in there, it was only about half full, and when I tried to start the jets it sprayed like a geyser and I just got soaked from the top of my head to my waist. The place is what it looks like in the photos, but is much smaller in real life including the patio and outside areas. It was clean, but one window doesn't close so it was about 32 degrees inside when I got in late the first night, and the space heaters took about 8 hours to warm it up. You don't find out until you get there that there is a smell of natural gas that is not easy to deal with, and a plug in air freshener that is cloying, to try and hide the smell. You also don't find out until you get there that you are expected to change out the toilet water (etc.?) if you are there more than three days. I avoided using the toilet as much as possible for this reason. The shower takes a while to heat up, but the water pressure is very nice. There is unlimited fresh water, and the sinks have great water pressure as well. I loved how private the entrance seemed (security cameras notwithstanding), and the tiny deck helps to make the place seem bigger. Unfortunately the keys fell through the deck slats and I had to get locksmith for 354 because the host was in HI. It's probably just meant for younger people than me.
