Welcome to this gorgeous double-story home nestled in the breathtaking
Zulumami Coastal Estate. Located within the exclusive North Shore
Section, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit offers a serene retreat amidst
nature's beauty. Immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of this
idyllic setting, where you can unwind and rejuvenate while surrounded
by lush greenery, with a view of the catch & release dam and wetland
clubhouse pool!

About the Space

The main bedroom overlooks the private pool and garden, boasting a
king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and outdoor
shower! The second bedroom spoils guests with a queen-sized bed, and
the third bedroom offers two single beds, all fitted with superb
hotel-quality linen. The second bathroom has a stand-alone shower.

The fully equipped kitchen will not disappoint with a double-door
fridge, gas stove, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble
dryer, and coffee machine.

The large living area boasts a dining room table and the lounge has a
flat-screen TV with Netflix and free fibre throughout. The living area
flows out onto the large patio, braai, private garden, and pool. There
is also a full double garage and ample cupboard space.

As a guest of the Zululami Coastal Forest Estate, you will also have
access to a shared pool located at the clubhouse, just across from the
