Summary:

Apartment 4 is a top floor two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Ideal for families and small groups of friends, the apartment boasts sea views from the living room and is conveniently located close to Saltburn town centre, the beach and pier, along with the train station. Recently fully refurbished and sleeping up to four guests comfortably, guests can also welcome to bring their four legged friend along with them to enjoy a coastal stay together.



The Space:

Apartment 4 has a homely and welcoming feel throughout. After a busy day at the beach, nothing beats putting your feet up and you can do just that here. Retreat to one of the comfy cushioned sofas and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. You’ll even get a glimpse of the North Sea when standing in the bay window.



Sharing the living space is the apartment’s fully equipped kitchen. With modern appliances and cookware, you can prepare home cooked meals easily during your stay.



Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a tranquil space. Boasting a comfortable, king size bed with premium bedding, every care has been taken to ensure you enjoy your sleep at Apartment 4, Diamond House. Guests staying here will also have use of a modern ensuite shower room for added convenience.



In the second bedroom, you’ll find a relaxing double bed, along with bedside tables, lamps and hanging space which will enable you to keep your belongings tidy and out the way during your stay on the coast.



The bathroom, located off from the landing, includes a shower, WC and wash basin.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



Free on-street parking is available on surrounding streets on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.



One well behaved dog is permitted to stay at Apartment 4, Diamond House.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast, you’ll be perfectly placed just a short walk from independent shops, bars, bistros and restaurants as well as the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.



Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are truly beautiful!



Getting Around:

The apartment is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.



Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
