O apartamento em si é excelente, equipado com tudo e muito confortável, além da localização ser ótima e próximo de tudo. Nosso único ponto negativo não é sobre o apartamento em si, mas sobre a empresa que o administra: são irredutíveis e não tem maleabilidade alguma sobre os horários de check-in e check-out, ainda que não haja locações nos dias antes/depois, visam apenas o lucro e as taxas para troca de horário são o valor de uma nova diária. Ficamos muito insatisfeitos com isso, apesar de tudo.
